The way you look and feel right now is a direct result of, and is supported by, your lifestyle. If you want to look and feel different, you must be different. You must change your lifestyle.
Once you make the decision to change your habits, other things will also begin to change. For example, you might choose to eliminate all processed foods from your diet. After a while you will discover that you feel better (more energy, less blood-sugar fluctuation, healthy weight).
Changing the habits that have shaped your body will take time, energy, and commitment, but you can do it! You, and only you, have the power to make a difference and make a change. Begin to clear your space and erase your slate of old habits in order make room for the new, for the better.
While you are making changes, be patient and go easy on yourself, but remain committed to your goal and to the process.

We tend to get what we focus on. If we are focused on what we do not want, we get more of what we do not want. If we focus on what we do want, we will get more of what we want. You can truly transform your life by using the power of positive intention. This means framing your intentions or goals in positive language that focuses on what you want as opposed to what you don’t want. For example, say or think “I want to be strong, healthy, and fit” instead of “I don’t want to be overweight anymore.”
- Prevent cancer or other serious diseases.
- Increase or maintain my physical strength and/or endurance level.
- Maintain my memory (cognitive strength).
- Achieve and/or maintain a healthy body weight.
- Have an overall positive outlook on all things.
- Increase happiness and decrease stress.
- Live to 100 years of age (or older).
